Practical AI systems for your business

Map before you automate.

Changing how teams work by implementing AI where it matters. We understand your work before we introduce new tools.

Start with a Workflow Diagnostic, leave with a prioritised automation map.

Map before automating

We understand the workflow before introducing new tools.

Human checks stay clear

AI supports the team. It does not hide decisions.

Outcomes, not packages

Measured by the work we make easier, not a product we sell.

01 / Services

Services for messy, repeated work.

Start with the workflow, then decide what it actually needs.

Start here

Workflow Diagnostic

We map how your work actually flows today (steps, handoffs, bottlenecks) and hand you a prioritised automation map. You leave with clarity whether or not we build together.

Automation builds

Once the map is clear, we coach your team on existing tools like Claude first, then build custom only where the work is genuinely unique, in small, verifiable steps.

Integrations

Connect the tools you already use so information stops being re-typed, re-asked, and lost between systems.

Ongoing operation

Keep the systems running and adjusting as the work changes, with human checks kept visible, never hidden behind the automation.

02 / Process

A simple path from messy to manageable.

An AI consulting process, not a packaged product. We work through the business before we introduce new tools.

A five-phase consulting path along one rail. Discover (Discovery, Scoping). Map (Workshop, Use-case generation). Prioritise (Prioritisation workshop, Prioritised matrix). Coach and build (coach the team on AI tools and support implementation, then build custom AI only where the work is genuinely unique, with a person reviewing the output). Measure (before and after metrics).

Most AI projects build before they understand the work. We map and prioritise first, then measure what changed.

  4. Coach & Build

    • Coach AI tools + Implementation
    • Build custom where unique
  5. Measure

03 / Worked example

Memory OS: our company knowledge, made retrievable.

A system we built and run ourselves: it turns scattered notes, decisions, and project context into sourced, retrievable answers.

Built by COD3R LAB (internal) · Workflow automation consultancy

The problem

COD3R LAB's own knowledge lived across chats, notes, project folders, documents, research threads, and our head. Things could be found, but only by remembering where they were discussed or what they were called at the time. Continuity depended too much on one person carrying the full mental map.

Memory OS as a single hub. On the left, the company's own knowledge (decisions, project context, research, operating notes, handoffs) feeds into it. In the middle, Memory OS organises it into discoverable company context and per-project memory. On the right, anyone on the team can ask a question and get a sourced answer that traces back to a stored note, a handoff, or project memory.

One home for company context, and every answer traces back to its source.

  • Project context
  • Research
  • Operating notes
  • Handoffs

Memory OS

company second brain

  • Company context
  • Project memory

Sourced answers

  • “What did we decide?” from: decision note
  • “What’s the status?” from: project memory
  • “What’s the context?” from: a handoff

What changed

  • Decisions and project assumptions no longer depend on one person remembering every detail.
  • Handoffs are more reliable: future work starts from documented context, not scattered chat history.
  • It is a practical foundation for client-facing knowledge work, grounded in our own daily use.

04 / Why it matters

Why naive AI underdelivers.

Tools bolted onto unclear workflows add noise, not leverage. Clarity first, automation second.

Same AI, same scattered context (chats, notes, folders, documents, research), two ways to use it. Bolted straight on, the raw unorganized pile overwhelms the model, so it returns a confident but unsourced guess. Mapped and simplified first, then drafted by AI and checked by a person, it returns sourced answers a team can trace.

Same AI, same inputs. The difference is whether you map the workflow before pointing AI at it.

05 / Capabilities

What we can build.

Practical, human-reviewed systems, built around your real workflows.

Examples of what we can build for you: illustrative capabilities, not client case studies.

AI Creative Agency

Marketing visuals from a plain product photo

Tell us what you want and we generate on-brand images and video to market your product or service, following your brand guidelines. You do not have to work out the how; you just say what you want.

Research preview Clients can also talk to our own Telegram creative bot and ask for assets directly. We are still testing it for reliability before it runs without us in the loop.

Lead intake & follow-up, without chasing

Capture every enquiry the moment it arrives, store it safely, and follow up consistently, so no lead is lost to a missed message or a forgotten reply.

AI for finance teams

Practical, human-reviewed AI tools that help finance teams move faster on the repetitive work, without handing over the decisions.

06 / Who you'll work with

Forward-deployed solutions.

We scope the workflow and by working forward-deployed, we embed into your team, working closely with them to make one real part of the business easier to operate.
